Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Headlight Centre. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns carefully.

Refunds

• We offer refunds on products returned within 3 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns

• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@headlight-centre.co.za to request a return authorization.
• Once you have received authorization, please return the item to us within 3 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.

No Warranty on Electrical Parts

• Please note that there is no warranty on electrical parts sold by Headlight Centre. This includes but is not limited to bulbs, wiring harnesses, and electronic control units (ECUs).
• We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for electrical parts unless they are defective upon arrival.
